Currently, we have availability for the 2027/2028 school year.

Absolutely! We encourage it so you get familiar with the neighborhood and the house. We'd be happy to schedule time to meet with you.

Leases begin in mid-August 2027 and run through late May 2028. We typically align to the school schedule.  If you need special accommodations outside of these dates for sports or other activities, we can be flexible.

Yes, we require that a parent or guardian co-sign the lease. This is for your protection and ours!

We'll return your security deposit within approximately 14 days after your lease ends. Be sure to provide us with a mailing address before you depart.

Leases cannot be canceled; however, you can try to find another student to take your place. If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us to see if we can help.

While we believe life is better with pets, for your safety and the safety of our furry friends, we don't allow our tenants to have pets. 

Yes, the property has a shared backyard that's available for your use.

Yes, the property has a driveway with extra room in the back for parking. The driveway is narrow, so you will need to coordinate schedules with the other residents.
