Absolutely! We encourage it so you get familiar with the neighborhood and the house. We'd be happy to schedule time to meet with you.

Beginning in the fall of 2024, our leases will run for 9 months (late August through late May).  If you need special accommodations outside of these dates, just reach out to us.

Yes, we require that a parent or guardian co-sign the lease. This is for your protection and ours!

We'll return your security deposit within approximately 14 days after your lease ends. Be sure to provide us with a mailing address before you depart.

Leases cannot be canceled; however, you can try to find another student to take your place. If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us to see if we can help.

While we believe life is better with fur babies, for your safety and the safety of our furry friends, we don't allow our tenants to have pets. 

Yes, the property has a shared backyard that's available for your use.
